IS IT CRIMINAL TO BE HOMELESS? WHAT’S NEXT ON THE LIST?

According to statistics established in 10/2005, there were 727,304 homeless counted at 460 localities in the U.S … that makes 1 in 400 Americans, in other words .. SCREAMING RED FLAG!!
As if these numbers are not alarming enough, is appears to be that homelessness is now considered a CRIME … and the homeless, CRIMINALS!
